Consult the usage report

Analyze your tenant's consumption: who spends what, on which models, and for which uses.

Access: Tenant AdminSpending Limits tab → Detailed report button.

What the report contains

For the selected month, the report breaks consumption down along several axes:

  • By user — top users, with their total cost.
  • By model — distribution of consumption across the configured models.
  • By provider — aggregation by model provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).
  • By usage type — conversations, embeddings, image generation, etc.
  • By git project — spend attributed to each git project (from compatible API clients). Usage without a git project appears under Unattributed.

For each row are displayed: number of requests, number of tokens, cost in CAD.

Change the period

A month selector at the top of the report (Previous month / Next month buttons) lets you navigate through history.

Export to Excel

  1. In the report, click Export to Excel.
  2. Choose a Start date and an End date.
  3. Click Export.

An Excel file is generated with the detail of calls over the chosen period. Useful for internal allocation, chargeback, or analysis outside Forra.

Detailed monthly statistics

From the Spending Limits tab, the statistics icon (to the right of the current month's amount) opens a view dedicated to the selected month:

  • Daily cost (CAD) — chart day by day.
  • Total tokens and total cost for the month.
  • Top users for the month.

This view is useful for spotting usage spikes or evaluating the effect of a configuration change.

A single user's usage profile

To analyze the consumption of one particular user:

  1. Users tab → click on the user's row.
  2. Usage tab in their profile.

Displays the user's conversations, cost, and recent activity only.
