Tenant Configuration

This section groups the administration procedures for a Forra tenant. Each page is a focused recipe: what to prepare, what to enter, and where.

The actions described are performed from Forra's Tenant Admin (available to users with the Organization Administrator role).

The initial deployment is typically performed by the Forra team. The sequence below is provided as a reference and for taking over afterwards:

  1. Authentication — configure an SSO provider (Microsoft, Google, Okta, or Auth0) so users can sign in.
  2. Provisioning mode — choose how new accounts are created (Open, Invite-only, or IdP-managed).
  3. Group synchronization (optional, but required for IdP mode) — import groups from the external directory.
  4. Models — choose the available models and the default model.
  5. External services — enable the integrations assistants can use (Google, Microsoft, Slack, etc.).
  6. Spending limits — set an organization-wide cap and, if needed, per-user limits.
